CRITICAL SKILLS REQUIRED 1.      Deep knowledge of Running Operations and Service Delivery 2.      Strong Domain knowledge on Static Instrument set up and Amendments High Understanding of Business Impact of instrument set up/ Amendments to Banks Risk exposure Strong interpersonal and influence management skills Ability to work and communicate with people across organizational units Ability to manage team consisting of highly skilled team members Ability to think strategically and translate strategy into action plans Strong analytical skills with an ability to problem  solve with a win-win negotiation approach Ability to lead people on large, multi-functional efforts and work in a matrix reporting environment Advanced knowledge of PC technology-DOS, applications and on-line tools especially Excel
