தமிழகம் முழுவதும் அனைத்து மாவட்ட வேலை வாய்ப்பு அலுவலகங்களும் கம்ப்யூட்டர் மயமாக்கப்பட்டு ஆன்லைனில் இணைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன. முதுகலை பட்டப்படிப்புகள், பொறியியல், மருத்துவம், உயர் தொழில்நுட்ப கல்வித்தகுதிகளை பதிவு செய்ய ஆன்லைன் பதிவு முறை 2001 ல் கொண்டுவரப்பட்டுள்ளது. மாநிலம் முழுவதும் பதிவு செய்துள்ள அனைத்து கல்வித்தகுதிகளையும் கொண்ட 64 லட்சம் பதிவுதாரர்களை இணைக்கும் புதிய ஆன் லைன் சாப்ட்வேர் "சுசி லினக்ஸ்" என்ற பெயரைக்கொண்ட இப்புதிய சாப்ட்வேரை எல்காட் நிறுவனம் உருவாக்கி கொடுத்துள்ளது. 

தமிழகத்தில் இதுவரை வேலைவாய்ப்பு அலுவலகங்களுக்கு நேரில் சென்றுதான் கல்வித் தகுதியைப் பதிவு செய்ய முடியும் என்ற நிலை இருந்து வந்தது. தற்போது வேலைவாய்ப்புக்காக பதிவு செய்தல், புதுப்பித்தல் போன்ற அனைத்துப் பணிகளையும் வீட்டிலிருந்தபடியே ஆன்லைனில் செய்து கொள்ள முடியும்.

இதற்காக வேலைவாய்ப்புத்துறை தனி இணையதளத்தை உருவாக்கியுள்ளது. ஏற்கெனவே வேலை வாய்ப்பு அலுவலகங்களில் பதிவு செய்தவர்கள், இந்த இணைய தளத்தில் தங்களது பதிவு எண்ணை உள்ளிட்டு தங்களது கல்வி விவரங்களை சரிபார்த்துக் கொள்ள முடியும்.

ஆன்லைனில் பதிவு செய்யும் முறை :

1.  ஆன்லைனில் பதிவு செய்வது எப்படி ?

இணையதளத்திலுள்ள படிவத்தில் விவரங்களை நிரப்பி சான்றிதழ்களை ஸ்கேன் செய்து படிவத்தில் விண்ணப்பித்தவுடன் ஒரு தற்காலிக பயனாளி அடையாளம் மற்றும் ஏற்புச்சொல் வரும். தங்கள் விண்ணப்பத்தின் விவரங்கள் சரியானவை எனில் 7 நாட்களுக்குள் விண்ணப்பம் வேலைவாய்ப்பு அலுவலகத்தில் ஏற்கப்படும். பதிவு அடையாள அட்டையே தாங்களே உருவாக்கி, தாங்களே அச்சிட்டு வெளியே எடுத்துக் கொள்ளலாம்.

2. கூடுதல் பதிவு செய்வது எப்படி ?

ஆன்லைன் கூடுதல் தகுதிகள் பகுதியை கிளிக் செய்ய வேண்டும். தங்கள் கோரிக்கையை வேலைவாய்ப்பு அலுவலகம் ஏற்றபின் புதிய அடையாள அட்டையை எடுக்கலாம்.

3. ஆன்லைனில் புதுப்பிக்க இயலுமா ?

ஆம். ஆன்லைனில் புதுப்பிக்கலாம். மூன்றாண்டுகளுக்கு ஒரு முறை பதிவான மாதத்திலும் தொடர்ந்து வரும் இரு மாதங்களுக்குள்ளும் புதுப்பிக்கலாம். வரையறுக்கப்பட்டுள்ள காலத்தே புதுப்பிக்காதவர்கள் 18 மாதச் சலுகையில் புதுப்பிக்க விண்ணப்பிக்கலாம்.

4. விண்ணப்பம் ஏற்கப்பட்டதா, மறுக்கப்பட்டதா ? என்பதை எப்படி அறிவது ?

தற்காலிகப் பதிவு எண்ணை "பயன்படுத்துவோர் அடையாளமாகவும்" (username), பிறந்த தேதியை, எற்புச் சொல்லாகவும் (password) பயன்படுத்தி, பதிவின் நிலையை அறியலாம்

5. ஆன்லைனில் முகவரி மாற்ற முடியுமா ?

ஆம். பதிவு செய்தவர்கள் தாங்களே முகவரியை மாற்றிக் கொள்ளலாம்

6. ஆன்லைனில் முன்னுரிமைச் சான்றினை (priority certificate) பதிய இயலுமா ?  

முன்னுரிமைச் சான்றுகள், எடுத்துக்காட்டாக, நில எடுப்பு பாதிப்புச்சான்று (land acquisition) போன்றவற்றில் மெய்த்தன்மை உறுதி செய்யப்படவேண்டும். எனவே, எவ்வகை முன்னுரிமைச் சான்றுகளையும் ஆன்லைனில் பதிய இயலாது. சான்றின் நகல்களை விண்ணப்பத்துடன் அஞ்சலில்/நேரில் வேலைவாய்ப்பகத்திற்கு அனுப்ப வேண்டும்.

7. இத்தளத்தில் பதிவு செய்ய தகுதியானவர் யார் ?

இத்தளத்தில் தமிழ்நாட்டில் வசித்து வருபவர் பதியலாம்.

8. இத்தளம் மூலம் பணி நாடுவோர்களுக்கு உள்ள வசதிகள் யாவை ?

நேரில் பதிவு, நேரில் பதிவு புதுப்பித்தல், தகுதிகள் அதிகப்படுத்தல், அனுப்பப்பட்ட பதிவுக்கான பதிவட்டை எடுத்தல், வேலைவாய்ப்பு விவரங்கள், பல்வேறு தகுதிகளுக்கான பரிந்துரை வரம்புகள் அளித்தல் ஆகியவை உள்ளன.
