Salary can pay: - 1500 -1800 SGD Per month Maximum

Position Title: Help-desk Support Executive.
Client: NTT-UK
Mandatory Skills: Help-desk Experience
Job Description: Performing daily Servers monitoring & health checks, Basic troubleshooting skills. Respond to incident calls and emails from users, Escalate unresolved cases to relevant 2nd level support team, Document all reported incidents 6+ month of relevant work experience in related area
24/7 Customer support & Shifts is must
Other Pre-requisites: Exp of working in ITIL aligned support projects
Skill Rating: Excellent communication is must & Interpersonal skills - 5 (S) Basic Windows - 3 (H) ITIL basics - 3 (H) Use any call Logging tool - 5 (H)
Work Location: Singapore
Joining Date: 15th Jan'2012
