1st one Minimum experience: 4+-12 years-QA Lead

Exposure to Quality aspects, Control Charts, ITIL,
Good Analytical skills
Proficient in Excel , Power point and Word
Communication Skills -
People Manager Experience
Excel & Power point skills - At least 4-5 years of experience
Preferably Six Sigma Lean Black Belt certified

Responsible for leading QA team to deliver the following:

Defect Prevention Process
* Preparation of ticket analysis reports
* Conduct statistical analysis n ticket categories & identify improvement areas
* Conduct account level analysis of proactive defect preventing
* Triggering of new investigations (in coordination with the Senior SA).
* Drive the RCA process and implementation with SA and SMEs
* Implementation/Closure : 60 days is the maximum time to implement/close an investigating
* Preparation of reports with projected impact
* Preparation of weekly metrics and status of defect preventing process
* Ensure transfer of best practices across accounts within and across the Service lines
* Achieve at least 30% of overall ticket reduction within the
* Monthly Deck with benefits achieved from DPP process to the account teams
* Identify, discuss and document lessons learned and contribute to knowledge base

Quality Improvements
* Ensures solutions are applied to all appropriate configurations. Conducts statistical analysis on quality metrics reports to ensure that they are within control limits.
* Works with Green Team members across the location(s) to improve and change the QA / RCA process by seeing if any solutions can be implemented or applicable to other locations/centers.
* Under direction of Expert QA member, analyzes and interprets financial (specifically SLA payout) and business data and provides in-depth analysis in identifying problems and performance exposures with alternative solutions/recommendations to take to management/customers.
* Track SLA metrics.
* Conducts statistical analysis on quality metrics reports to ensure that they are within control limits.
* Take new actions within & across teams, to improve productivity and share best practices.
* Ability to collaborate across multiple teams for process improvements and standardization
* Act as a catalyst to drive adherence to all quality aspects under the transformation program
Metrics
* Prepares metric updates for executives.
* Account/pool Scorecard , Validate work load tracker daily for updates and weekly to see exceptions - 100% Compliance and 100% Quality Check
* Publish pool review deck with all metrics and exceptions reports
* Daily ticket backlog/aged ticket report
* SA utilization report, Productivity report
* Monitor team performance; generate reports, trends & dashboards.

People / Performance Management
* Hire, train and deploy Quality Analysts as per requirement
* Coach and manage performance of QAs
* Drive individual development of QAs

Service Line and Competency Level Continuous Improvement
* Identify opportunities for data accuracy, Tool / automation and drive them to closure and deliver business value
* Drive practice sharing sessions across pools, service lines
Participate and contribute to org level improvement programs and imperatives
