Job Description Position: Financial Analyst Work Location : Chennai Experience Level : 2-7 Yrs Client Company : Temenos India Company URL : www.temenos.com Graduation : Any Accounting graduation. Roles and responsibilities: * Business Finance Analyst is responsible for MIS reporting support to business finance. Revenue analysis: * Support Analysts in reviewing Service revenues at month end, understanding variances to forecast. * Report on underlying KPIs relating to revenue from the PA and OKS systems * Consolidation of forecasts and budgets Cost Analysis * Externals / Partner Analysis * Salary analasis * T&E Analysis Balance Sheet reporting reconciliations: * Reconciliations of accrued & deferred Services balances (signed & filed for audit). * Accruals and prepayments * Assist with preparation of accounts receivable files Other tasks * Responsible for complete and proper documentation of processes * Timely submission of tracker related to cycle time, KPI etc., * Specific tasks at quarter ends (analysis of operating costs, accrued/deferred gross up) * Ensure complete documentation of processes handled by the team and compliance with ICS requirements Essential Skills * Any Accounting graduation. * Proven financial analysis skills and mathematical mind-set; * Command of English, both spoken and written and presentation skills; * Proactive, detail-focused, with strong business acumen * Capacity to work independently on own initiative and result-oriented; * Team-player, professional with high ethical standards; * Prior experience in a complex multi-national and multi-cultural environment is a must; * Prior experience of shared service environment, with evidence of knowledge of SLA and swift and efficient delivery to customer; * Experience working with Microsoft Office. *Domain knowledge, Oracle BI or Siebel analytics (added advantage), FP&A experience Desirable Skills: Domain knowledge, Oracle BI or Siebel analytics (added advantage), FP&A experience Kindly forward your updated profile ASAP, since this is an immediate opening for the client kindly send us your profiles, so that I can make some arrangements for the interview process ASAP.
