2.Handling correspondences and communication also schedule and manage appointments and meetings.
3.Handling of petty cash account and handling confidential personnel files regarding visas, residencies, licenses and attendance sheets.
4.Handling with quotations from various vendors and initiate the purchase process, also arrange shipment.
5.Coordinates with principal clients for logistic and support activities.
6.Handling of complete procurement activities.
7.Coordinates with the other administrative issues in the department regarding damages, repairs, accidents, traffic fines.
8.Prepares work priorities and distribute accordingly to office support staff.
9.Liaise with real-estate companies regarding lease of apartments, maintenance, housekeeping and invoices.
10.Abiding by all company policies and procedures.
11.Any other task as requested by the manager
