*The candidate should have the EPIR number or duly filled BYB form at the time of interview *EPIR number is mandatory to be eligible for the reward Eligibility Criteria: Minimum 15 years of regular education Graduation through correspondence will not be considered Not more than 2 year break in career or academics Shouldn't have attended any TCS interview in last 6 months. Documents to be carried for the walk-in A copy of resume Last 3 months payslip PAN Card # EPIR no*(for experienced professional) *3 Simple Steps to Refer your buddy Step 1: Create buddy's profile   Go to Ultimatix --> WorkForce Management --> Global Recruitment System --> Referrer Home --> Create Buddy Profile. *Select BPO option for referring your Buddies for BPO Step 2: Ask buddy to confirm profile Your buddy needs to log on to http://www.careers.tcs.com (using the EPIR number and password mailed to your buddy) and confirm the profile. Step 3: Ask buddy to upload resume Post confirmation of profile, your buddy needs to upload the application form and resume. To Know more about BYB Log on to  UItimatix > Global HR > Bring your Buddy > India Buddy Scheme >Employee referral form To Refer your buddy (create EPIR number) Log on to Ultimatix > Workforce Management > Global Recruitment System (GRS) Note: The associate coming for interview should remember their buddy's employee ID number.
