To Program, coordinate, evaluate and control the implementation of the Utilities operational activities in Area 7 in accordance with the directions given by the Operations Management. Ensure compliance with Safety, Occupational Health, Environmental Conservation and Security regulations, as outlined in SATORP's regulations and procedures. Carryout analysis of operational costs, reliability and availability of processes and quality systems. Assist the Superintendent Operations in the regulation of operational activities of the Area 5 Operations Division. Ensure that operations are conducted in accordance with Safety, Occupational Health, Environmental Conservation and Security Company regulations and procedures. Assist the Manager Operations in preparing CEP schedules at all levels, monitoring project progress and ensuring compliance with schedules and milestones. Must have a very good background in understanding of plant layout and the operating process, fire fighting and emergency skills, and supervisory skills. MNF-OPE-01-14 Coke Handling Operation Engineer BS Engineering Minimum (10) years of refining experience, and (5) years of experience in Coke Handling Process. To assist the Area 6 Operation Superintendent with the follow up of Operational and Maintenance activities for the coke handling facilities in accordance with safety, occupational health, environmental conservation and security company regulations and procedures. To participate in the coke handling contract management.
MNF-OPE-01-15 Coke Handling Contract Coordinator Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent. Ten (10) years of experience in Supervising Maintenance activities including planning, contract management/administration, cost and control budgeting and warehouse management. Manage all administrative and coordination activity applicable to the Coke handling contract. The contract pertains to the operations and maintenance of coke handling facilities such as coke cranes, conveyor belts and ship loaders. Also, responsible for providing coordination and administrative support to the Operations Department related to Coke handling, and support management of spare part supplies, budget and cost controlling and SAP administration.
