Salary :
Rs. 4000/- Stipend during the evaluation project period for 1month.
Rs. 10500/ CTC per month which includes ESI, PF and leave benefits from 2nd month onwards.
Note: Work will be on shift basis and they will be paid shift allowance also.
Job description
Roles:
· Consistently deliver quality customer support
· Understand and document customer needs
· Manage customer expectations (in accordance with the Service Level Agreement (SLA))
· Resolve (or assist in the resolution of) customer incidents or requests
· Take ownership (as appropriate) of the customer's incident or request
· Enhance the customer's relationship with the organization
Responsibilities:
· Receiving calls monitor mailbox/automated alerts and provide technical and operational support or customer liaison
· Register and prioritize incidents and service request as per defined metrics and service level requirements
· Update and monitor incident details, including the configuration items affected as per the norms and service level requirements
· Make an initial assessment of incidents/requests, attempting to resolve them or escalate /refer them to the right stake holders who can resolve it, based on defined metric and agreed service levels
· Keep the right stake holders informed on incident/request status and progress as per defined norm or service level requirements.
· Maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction
Skills: Communication / Soft Skills
· Good interpersonal and communication skills
· Customer service orientation and ability to work in a team
· Excellent Soft skill, Communications skills (Voice & Email) to handle global customers
· Strong computer handling skills
· Ability to perform in adverse situations
· Should be willing to work in 24x7 shift environment.
· Should be able to support Global customers
Technical Skills
· Following System Administrator Certifications are recommended – MCSA/ MCSE/ CCNA / CCNP/ SUN Certified professional
