Scope of Work	Perform Process Engineering work in Fertilizer Industry comprising of Ammonia, Urea and Utility plants Perform regular analysis of production, consumption of utilities and lost time data. To prepare daily summaries for Management, detailing the performance of Process and Utilities plants, such reports will indicate actual performance against planned or design objectives or standard. Participate in process Audits and trouble-shooting in process areas. To Carryout detailed process engineering Studies and calculations, Material and Energy balances, process equipment specifications, data sheets, etc. Evaluate modification requests to the process, conduct HAZOP studies and carryout other process improvement and energy conservation studies. Check vendor drawings to insure design accuracy and compliance with specifications. Develop strategies to further improve process safety, participate in risk assessments, hazard identification/evaluation studies, hazard operability studies, consequence analysis, layers of protection analysis. Process simulation experiences with HYSYS or other software is a plus. An excellent computer skill in Microsoft Suite is required. Familiarity with API, ASME and ANSI standards a plus. Report to Process Technology Section Team Leader
Minimum Requirements	BE / BTech/ BSc in Chemical Engineering or equivalent 10 years experience
Salary Remuneration	Salary 18,380 Another benefit as per company policy
