Etc • Screen profiles based on Client specifications • Short list resumes by evaluating the technical skills based on client's requirement. • Shortlist the candidates matching the requirement. • Coordinate with the candidates through email. • Schedule interviews of short listed candidates. • Handling salary negotiations, follow up with candidates for their DOJ • Responsible for full life cycle Recruitment for all verticals in IT Software • Knowledge of the technology areas like: E.g. Java, C++, .NET, SAP, Datawarehouse, Oracle, DBA, Biztalk, Solution Architect etc. • Capable to independently handle all the given positions on specific skills. • Willing to work in Night shift is must • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Excellent interpersonal skills • Experience with Microsoft Office is a must • Strong work ethic, self-disciplined, focused, driven, Korcomptenz provides excellent career growth and work culture.
