Requirement Details:

Role	Qualification	Desired Skill Set
Team Member (Modeling Analyst)	MSc/MTech/BSc/MA  – Stats/Maths/Operation Research/Econometrics with 1-4 years experience in Statistical Modeling MBA Finance/Computer Science will NOT suit this requirement *ONLY FULL TIME COURSES CONSIDERED	• Experience in Statistical modeling • Strong understanding of modeling techniques and applications • Experience in SAS/SPSS will be an added advantage • Should be good with use of Excel • Basic understanding of Market Research • Excellent communication skills- MUST

Eligibility Criteria:

• Should have completed 15 years of regular education
• Should be flexible working in shifts
• Should NOT have more than 2 yrs of gap in academics/career
• Should NOT have attended any TCS interview in last 6 months

3 Simple Steps to Refer your buddy

Step 1: Create buddy's profile  
Go to Ultimatix --> WorkForce Management --> Global Recruitment System --> Referrer Home --> Create Buddy Profile.
*Select BPO option for referring your Buddies for BPO

Step 2: Ask buddy to confirm profile
Your buddy needs to log on to http://www.careers.tcs.com (using the EPIR number and password mailed to your buddy) and confirm the profile.

Step 3: Ask buddy to upload resume
Post confirmation of profile, your buddy needs to upload the application form and resume.
