Job Synopsis: Industry : Infrastructure & Construction Position : Project Control Officer Experience : 1 – 5 yrs Job Location: Project Site at Kakra near Nagpur Salary : Negotiable Qualification : Any Graduate Job Description: • Ensure project control procedures and policies within a program of related projects are executed • Assist in maintaining project schedules. • Maintain project repositories of documents. • Prepare documents for various recurring meetings including minutes, issue logs, risks etc. • Develop presentation documentation as required for project teams and consolidate program status reports. • Utilize project management software and applicable templates to prepare documentation, track and monitor project information. • Monitor and maintain financial reporting, along with assisting with project forecasting, ensuring project managers complete updates are required. Create additional reports as necessary. • Exercise discretion in managing correspondence and information, escalating issues where appropriate. • Acts as central point of communication for core team members, management, technology partners and other stakeholders on the project. • Gather risks from other application partners and consolidate at a project level If the above position is relevant to you please send your latest updated cv to the following.
