Baxter is expanding its existing Singapore manufacturing operations with the addition of a new Bioscience facility to produce recombinant FVIII that is free of blood-based additives to meet the growing needs of people living with hemophilia A.  Responsibilities Assume the role of system owner for various Quality systems, such as Change Control Management, Documentation Control Management, and Deviation Management etc. Develop training materials and support training colleagues from other departments on the various Quality Systems Responsible for the development / revision quality systems related SOPs Lead or assist any Corporate / Divisional or site projects / initiatives /implementation related to quality systems Assist in the management of Supplier Quality related activities Participate in internal or external assessments/audits, as required Participate in cross-function investigations as required Requirements Degree in Science in Biology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Life Sciences or equivalent Fresh graduate are welcomed to apply or those with 2 to 3 years relevant experience Good knowledge of cGMP requirements and various quality systems Good report writing skills and communication skills Prior experience with information systems such as Trackwise, LIMS, Documentation Management System would be an added advantage Self motivated and good team player Prior project management experience would be an added advantage Qualified or interested candidates, please visit www.baxtercareers.com.sg > Baxter BioScience for more details and to apply.
