Our client, a MNC organization with offices in more than 20 locations across the world, providing Architectural Services, is looking for Accounts Assistant at Chennai JOB DESCRIPTION • Maintaining all kinds of books of Accounts. • Preparation of cheques • Vendor payment processing • Looking after banking transactions includes bank payment, bank receipts. • Invoicing, Tracking Receivable against progress of work and demand raised & follow-up for outstanding Payment with clients. • Processing of Bank Receipts/Payments • General banking operations • Checking salary related statutory payments like ESI, PF,PT and TDS deductions etc. • Preparation TDS & Filing of E - TDS Returns. • Co-ordination with Statutory Auditors and provide necessary clarification required by them. • Liaisoning with Banks • Liaisoning with Tax bodies and other external consultants • Submission of Tax returns and interaction with Tax authorities • Appearing before Tax Tribunals and statutory authorities if needed • Preparation of Annual and quarterly Budget. • Preparation of export related documents related to STPI • Maintaining Labour related books under Shops and Establishment Act • Administrative Activities if needed • Salary not a constraint for the right candidate Desired Candidate Profile Candidate must have a B.Com (Regular Stream) or equivalent degree with 3-4 years of experience. Experience in Admin, budgeting, project accounting.
