Qatar National Facilities Services is a Qatari registered company jointly owned by the Qatar-based Trading and Agency Services (TRAGS) and United States-based Fluor Corporation (An engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, operations, maintenance and project management Co., a Fortune 200 company with revenues of $ 22 billion). QNFS is operated as part of Fluor's Global Service Business Group. The company provides a major long term maintenance and services contract with Qatar Shell Gas to Liquids Limited (QSGTL) for its Pearl Gas-to-Liquids (Pearl GTL) project in the industrial city of Ras Laffan, Qatar. The Pearl GTL project is being developed under a production sharing agreement with Qatar Petroleum. QNFS has been awarded the project to provide maintenance services for the utilities and gas to liquids process section of the plant. The contract is for a period of 5 years duration.

Job Title1: QA/QC COORDINATORS      JRE30399     Experience: Engineering degree or Technical Diploma in Mechanical discipline. 10 years practical working experience relating to Oil/Gas or Refinery Petrochemical related environment with minimum 2 years in QA/QC position. Working knowledge of NDT requirements for Petrochemical or Power Generation industry. Must have a formal training in QA/QC Management and working knowledge of ISO 9001-2000 and 14001 systems. Must have working knowledge of AWS, ASME and ANSI codes.

Job Title2: SHUTDOWN PLANNERS   JRE30397     Experience: Engineering degree or Technical Diploma in Mechanical discipline. 10 years practical working experience relating to Oil/Gas or Refinery Petrochemical related projects. Experience with Primavera P3E, Version 5 and/or 6 planning software packages preferably have advanced level knowledge and experience with SAP-PM, CMMS and MS (Microsoft) Access Database along with other MS Office applications.

Job Title3: PLANNER SCHEDULERS          JRE30396     Experience: Engineering degree or Technical Diploma in Mechanical discipline. 10 years practical working experience relating to Oil/Gas or Refinery Petrochemical related projects. Knowledge and experience on work order planning, systems, and tools including; Schedules and cost control procedures and structures.Experience with Primavera P3E, Version 5 and/or 6 planning software packages preferably have advanced level knowledge and experience with SAP-PM, CMMS and MS (Microsoft) Access Database along with other MS Office applications.

Job Title4: ELECTRICAL TECHNICIANS            JRE30394     Experience: Technical diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent vocational course with minimum 5 years practical working experience in similar position on maintenance activities, relating to Oil/Gas or Refinery Petrochemical related projects.

Job Title5: INSTRUMENT TECHNICIANS                 JRE30390     Experience: Technical diploma in Instrument Engineering or equivalent vocational course with min. 8 yrs. practical working exp. in similar position on maintenance activities, relating to Oil/Gas or Refinery Petrochemical related projects. Competency in SAP & CMMS will be added advantage. Possession of a valid Instrument Technician certificate is advantageous.

Job Title6: MECHANICAL TECHNICIANS            JRE30392     Experience: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with 10 years practical maintenance work relating to Oil/Gas or Refinery Petrochemical related projects. Provide an mechanical maintenance service in line with planned maintenance activities of the Assets/Facilities/Plant.

Job Title7: MECHANICAL SUPERVISORS               JRE30380     Experience: Engineering degree or Technical Diploma in Mechanical discipline. 10 yrs. practical working exp. in mech. maintenance activities, relating to Oil/Gas or Refinery Petrochemical related projects with 5 years in the role of supervisor. Competency in SAP & CMMS will be added advantage.

Job Title8: INSTRUMENT SUPERVISORS                 JRE30387     Experience: Engineering degree or Technical Diploma in Instrumentation discipline. 10 yrs. practical working exp. in instrumentation maintenance activities, relating to Oil/Gas or Refinery Petrochemical related projects with 3 years in the role of supervisor. Competency in SAP & CMMS will be added advantage.

Job Title9: ELECTRICAL SUPERVISORS                JRE30389     Experience: Engineering degree or Technical Diploma in Electrical discipline. 10 yrs. practical working exp. in electrical maintenance activities, relating to Oil/Gas or Refinery Petrochemical related projects with 3 yrs. in the role of supervisor. Competency in SAP & CMMS will be added advantage. Possession of a valid Instrument Electrician certificate is advantageous.
