Job Description:
• Responsible to understand and analyze the requirements in different skill set categories
• Responsible for overall sourcing through E-portal for Tamilnadu ( Tied & Alternate channel )
• Managing Resumes received through E-portal â€" Short-listing of candidates for preliminary rounds.
• Screening of resumes from the job portals as well as the database acquired as per profile parameters.
• Initial screening of CVs, preliminary interviews & coordination with RHRE/RHRM.
Desired Profile:
Candidate should have minimum 1-3 years of experience in recruitment for financial sectors.
Should have very good communication skills.
Strong hold on local language.
