2.    Manage all production activities in compliance with the Almarai Quality System. Adherence of ISO 9001 and HACCP requirements.
3.    Maximise service to internal customers, right product at the right specifications.
4.    Optimise product (yield and wastage) and plant/machine utilisation to maximise the contribution to profitability of the operation.
5.    Prepare reports of production output to monitor and maintain the KPI's to ensure they are within the budget
6.    Coordinate with Projects team on new projects involving processing and production.
7.    Maintain the highest level of H&S standards by carrying out H&S tasks to minimise accident & thus loss of man-hours. Assess and review, equipment, sections of the plant to ensure the safety of the staff at work.
 
 
Qualifications:
8.    B.E. / Bsc. in Plastic Technology or related discipline.
9.    knowledge and understanding of implementation of quality standards like ISO 9000 and HACCP.
10. Excellent written and spoken English. Computer literate, with knowledge of SAP program, Leadership & Supervisory Skills
 
Experience:
Essential responsibilities executed (Generic Description)
11. Min. 3 years experience on Plastic Technology for FMCG set up
12. Experience with automated process control
13. Handled a multinational and multifunctional workforce.
14. Experience in finalizing plans/targets with production management team with regards to production and maintenance activities.
