STYROFOAM (POLYSTYRENE) FACTORY/PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR OR ENGINEER to work in STYROFOAM (POLYSTYRENE) manufacturing factory, which is located at Riyadh, the candidate must have the relevant experience minimum 5 years and above, the Professional Skills are: 

Education qualification and Professional Certification is must for relevant degree or diploma from any recognaized Institute or University. 

• Capable to handle and manage the machines and tools services without any breakdown of the production

• Good knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques.

• Strong experiences as production supervisor.

• Excellent knowledge of machines and tools.

• Uncommon ability to solve mathematical problems.

• Good in communication.

• Contribute company goals, enlargement, & productivity.

• To be created production schedule

• Preparation of production reports which to be submitted to management on daily basis

• To be handled problems related to production by giving corrective action for quality problems.

• To be handled the task of maintenance by repairing production equipments.

• To be motivated and trained the employees on repair and maintenance or required skill.

• To be predicted the troubles in order to avoid the delay of production.

• To be supervised and synchronized the production to produce a quality product

• • Planning, assigning, and directing work

• Interprets company policies to workers and enforces safety regulations.

• Interprets specifications, give job orders to workers, and assigns duties.

• Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules.

• Recommends measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product.

• Suggests changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of the department.

• Addressing complaints and resolving problems.

• Keeping a close watch on critical operating parameters and plant equipments to identity problems and potential breakdown symptoms take corrective actions and check for its recurrence.
