Job Designation: Smart Class Coordinator
Job Location: Various Locations in Villupuram(Dt.) in TN
Job Description:
ï ¶ Smart Class Coordinator deals with coordinating teachers to use the Smart Class effectively.
ï ¶ Provide technical and academic support.
ï ¶ Coordinate on tracking status, providing updates & resolution confirmation.
ï ¶ Maintain and Monitor Reports.
ï ¶ Escalating issues to specialized support groups for complex technical issues.
ï ¶ Report to the Academic Support Group Manager.
ï ¶ Understanding problems & providing end user solution.
Eligibility Criteria:
ï ¶ Must be a Graduate.
ï ¶ Best knowledge in MS Office.
ï ¶ Comfortable with computer operations.
ï ¶ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
ï ¶ Flexible and adaptable persons who can come up with innovative ideas.
ï ¶ Knowledge in Hardware and Networking will be an added advantage.
Salary: Begins from 96000 per annum (depends upon the experience and skill set)
