From the present stage of steady Growth, we continue to make the right moves by entering into Newer Markets and expanding our Product offerings.Position SummaryImport and Export Documentation, Custom Clearance, HSS, Bond Purchase and Sales, Insurance.Major Responsibilities• Custom clearance of consignments imported at Air or Sea ports across country. • Exports documentation and custom clearance.• Exports for repair and Sales Returns • Documentation for High Seas and Bond Purchase and Sales• Handling Insurance Claims • Custom Duty Drawback Claims.Secondary Responsibilities• Co-ordination with Buyer, Freight Forwarder, CHAs for shipments pickup from Vendor’s Warehouse, clubbing and moving shipments to Destination Ports, Custom Clearance and delivery at Warehouse.• Ensuring and adhering to TAT. • Product Classifications as per Customs and Central Excise Tariff Act. • Work with Insurance Company for advance payment of Premium• Monthly declaration of shipment data to Insurance Company for Insurance cover.• Reconciliation of Advance Premium paid and Insurance covered by Insurance company with A/c.• Processing the Insurance Claim.• Arranging Insurance Survey wherever claim take place. • Study the Claim and discussion with seniors to put up the case with Insurance Company with very positive manner.• Follow up with Insurance Company to settle the Claim.• Working closely with Export team to file Drawback Claims on time. Documentation for Drawback Claims.• Working with seniors for Other Customs and Octroi Claims and Less charge Notices.• Export Documentations for Exports from India, co-ordination with CHA and FF.• Follow up for foreign remittance against Exports.• Closure of Exports formalities with Banks (RBI).• Preparation of High Seas and Bond Purchase and Sale Agreement.
