We are currently looking for Manager Internal Audit: Client: One of the well reputed BPO in India Location: Bangalore Responsibilities - Oversee successful implementation of company"s Internal Audit program. Manage audit personnel conducting operational, compliance and financial internal audits covering all aspects of the company. This includes reviewing and approving audit plans and programs, reviewing audit work papers, reviewing audit reports and presenting audit results to senior management. Administer the Company"s Section 404 compliance efforts, including control definition, self-assessment and testing. Identify any internal control weaknesses in those processes and recommend and implement changes to strengthen internal controls. In addition to supervision of staff, perform audit activities on complex processes, which require a higher level of judgment and expertise. Facilitate external audits, SAS 70 reviews, rating agency reviews and customer audits. This position is for an experienced internal audit leader who enjoys hands-on involvement in planning and executing reviews and in developing a durable internal audit methodology suitable to a fast-paced highly demanding environment. Key Result Areas: Identify any internal control weaknesses in processes and recommend and implement changes to strengthen internal controls. Liaise with representatives from the external audit firm. Qualification: The individual should have a minimum of 6 years of experience in the area of public accounting and/or internal auditing. A designation as a CPA or CIA is preferred but not required. A bachelor"s degree in Accounting or Business is preferred but not required. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, are required.
