For more information, please visit our website www.emeriocorp.com Position: Data Center Operations Job Type: - 12 Months Contract Client :- NTT Singapore Pte Ltd Location: - Singapore Exp: - 1- 3 Yrs Must Skills: - Mandatory Skills: Datacenter operations and helpdesk services Basic troubleshooting of LAN/WAN/Server Job Description: 1.Minimum 1 to 2 years experience in Data Center and Helpdesk environment. 2.Good customer service and communication skills. 3.Able to communicate clearly in English. 4.Experience with using Remote dial-in tools (Putty, Remote Desktop, and PCAnyware) preferred. 5.Basic knowledge and hands-on skill of Windows Server and Unix/Linux 6.Experience with reading server logs and understanding sequences of events 7.Experience with troubleshooting router and ADSL Line problems (if experience with troubleshooting DLC, ELL/MetroEther, preferred). 8.Experience with remote LAN and Desktop support. Other Pre-requisites: Skill Rating: LAN/WAN/Server Data Center Operations Other Experience: 1.00-2.00 Years Contract Duration: 12 Candidate Notice period should be only 15 Days Max.
