Qualification: Engineering/Master/Mca/Msc

Post graduation in Quality related topics desirable
Software SW Development Experience desirable preferably in Embedded systems
Additional Skills Process Definition and Quality Assurance (Process Deployment) experience as per ISO9001:2008 and
CMMI V1.2 models in SW Projects. Experience in Statistical Analysis, Process Performance Models.
Good communication and influencing skills.
Key Expectations · Ensure Quality of deliverables in projects / across dept.
· Facilitate process implementation in projects and handle queries from practitioners
· Review and submit artifacts for process Data Base
· Evaluate the waivers or Alternate Practices, Learning audits, CARs
· Moderate CARs/8Ds
· Manage QA activities in the projects /department with stakeholders
· Defect prevention activities
· Effective reporting to Sr. Mgmt for efficient decision making
