Position : Chemical Engineer
Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry or Materials.
Experience : Minimum 5 years of Experience in the related field.


RESPONSIBILITY AND DUTY

• Support Amiantit companies, joint ventures and licensees in chemistry and material related issues.
• Contribute to product development of pipe and tank applications
• Test and approve raw materials in accordance with purchasing acceptance specifications
• Ensuring raw material approval process is followed in a timely and effective manner.
• Reporting and follow-up of raw material approval processes with Amiantit companies, technology licensees and raw material suppliers
• Ensure raw material status and issues are communicated to corporate procurement.
• Proactively drive optimization and development programmes in raw materials for pipe and tank applications.
• Participate in external development projects with suppliers, customers and research institutions.
• Quality Plan for Research & Development
• Test request and confirmation of test
• Raw Material Approval
• Design and development
• Reporting and distribution of technical reports.
