Typically 7 or more years of experience in software development, Level 2 Support or related field with 2 or more years experience as a team lead. Manager, Quality Assurance ---------------------------------------- Manage a Quality Assurance team ensuring a high level of quality. Typically 7 or more years in a related role with a minimum of 2 years in a management capacity. Team Lead or Project Leader experience helpful. Software Architect -------------------------- Gather and analyze technical specifications from clients, product owners and design team members, fully understanding requirements to ensure a high quality solution is produced that matches the customer requirements in terms of functionality, usability, efficiency, reliability, availability and scalability. Typically 7 or more years of experience in software design and development, Level 2 Support or related field, with at least 3 years experience creating overall product Architectures and component design. Sr Software Architect ------------------------------- Gather and analyze technical specifications from clients, product owners and design team members, fully understanding requirements to ensure a high quality solution is produced that matches the customer requirements in terms of functionality, usability, efficiency, reliability, availability and scalability. Typically 10 or more years in software development, Level 2 Support or related field, with at least 5 years in the design and implementation of large-scale, multi-tiered, heterogeneous IT infrastructures. 8 years related Application Experience - (some examples may be Exchange, SQL, ORACLE & SAP). 8 years Operating System Administration experience on multiple operating systems. Experience with integration of products to create solutions. Services Architect -------------------------- Mentor Junior level Associates through example and sharing of knowledge of all products within a Brand. Typically 7 or more years of industry related experience. Experience working with customers, sales personnel and/or customer services. Principal Performance Engineer --------------------------------------------- Design and run extensive overhead, scalability, stability, and stress tests using industry standard benchmarks and custom developed software. Typically 7 or more years of benchmark testing, performance analysis, tuning and software development experience with a distinguished track record on technically demanding projects. Principal Applications Developer ---------------------------------------------- Facilitate and drive resolution to integrated solutions across work streams. Typically 7 or more years of experience in Software development. Previous experience with three or more full Business Application implementations. SAP technologies (ABAP/Portal/Workflow/BW). Expertise level development experience in Microsoft Development technologies ( i.e. .Net/VB/SharePoint/SQL Server).
