Desired Candidate Profile The role is responsible for troubleshooting both hardware and software in complex network environments. The TAC Engineer is also responsible for managing critical customer issues and working with engineering to ensure timely resolution. Other responsibilities include, but limited to, lab replication of customer network, lab testing for prove of concept, and verification of bug fixes.
