Main Duties
To manage, lead & motivate the Stewarding team to enhance performance, achieve business goals, financial budgets and service standards
To develop, implement & improve service & performance standards to ensure a consistently excellent stewarding service & operation
To oversee & monitor the operational effectiveness to maintain a clean & efficient "5 star" operation & BOH environment & equipment
To provide effective day to day communication with guests, colleagues & team
Requirements
No formal qualification is required for this role
Fluent written & verbal English is essential
Extensive experience in a stewarding role in a luxury Hotel Environment, to include
Previous Experience in a leadership role
Excellent knowledge & familiarity with kitchens & BOH environment & equipment
Deep understanding of F&B financial Inventory/Stock processes & Training systems
Good knowledge of hospitality Industry legislation e.g. Health & Safety, licensing; employment law
IT literate - ability to use Microsoft office
Business acumen, with proven success in Hotel operational, financial & budget management
You must be eligible to live and work in the UK
