Position: QC Mechanical Inspector

Desired Profile:

Education: B.S. in Mechanical Engineer preferably including static I rotating equipment and pipework
systems.

Professional:-Technical quality control training (Recorded I Documented) membership of a recognized Mechanical Engineering Institute fully conversant with industry standards and specifications with
A strong capability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and regulations.

Experience:-At least five (5) years of total industrial experience in the field of Mechanical rotating and stationary works in Construction Industries and three (3) years mandatory documented
inspection experience exposure to Mechanical static and Rotating works and two (2) years
mandatory documented inspection exposure to Mechanical static and Rotating works in contract
scope of work (e.g. oil, gas and petrochemical project, infrastructure and communication).

Job Summary:-Providing a quality control function during the execution of MMG contract or project works related in static and rotating equipment within qualification training and experience limitations.
Reporting and recording the results of all examinations and maintaining appropriate records.

Authority:-Has the delegated authority to reject items that having been inspected, are found to be out of compliance with the standards and specifications applied to a particular scope of work.
Has authority to approve document and endorse records and certificates that attest to the
acceptability of inspected items.

Others:-a) A good standard of oral and written technical English is essential with the ability to effectively
communicate in that language.
b) An all round understanding of quality assurance principles preferably in accordance with
ISO 9001 • 2000.
c) In depth knowledge documented records and certification requirements for quality
systems.
d) Personal integrity with a tolerant and understanding nature. exhibiting a high degree of pride
and dedication.
