Mechanical Design Engineer - Alghanim International

Report to the Engineering Manager
Supervises:
• Design Engineers
• Draftsman"

Liaises with:
• Construction Manager
• Planning Manager
• Project Coordinator
• QA/QC Manager
• Design Engineers
• Client's design office
• Vendors & Subcontractors"

Duties and responsibilities:
• Preparation of all Technical Documents/Drawings.
• Co-ordination of design and drawings with the "Client" and "Consultant".
• Preparation and submission of detailed drawings and shop drawings. Co-ordination with the consultant of various design and drawing submittals.

• Providing calculations and design verification.
• Co-ordination with "Construction Manager" and "Quality Manager" for preparing Method statements.
• Co-ordination with Construction Manager for providing construction methodology.
• Co-ordination and involvement in selection of various materials required in the project in accordance with and in compliance with the specifications and standards.
• Checking red line mark-up drawings/ Documents and preparation of As Built Drawings/ Documentation.

Skills
Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 10 years of Experience

Certifications:
- Degree Certificate Authitaicated by Original Country Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
- Experience Certificates.
- Any other Support Documents.

Education
Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
