·         Manage Maintain and troubleshooting messaging and collaboration infrastructure related services as ICTA support engineer.

 

The Requirements:-

·         Degree, Diploma or an equivalent professional qualification

·         Excellent command of written and spoken  English

·         Proficient in MS Office Applications

·         Display strong communication, problem solving and people skills

·         Must be independent, self motivated, show initiative and a strong sense of ownership

·         Possess ability to prioritize; have a good sense of judgement and display an aptitude for accurate decision making

·         Microsoft certified systems engineer and IBM lotus certified administrator will be an added advantage

 

Job Description

·         Managing and maintaining email infrastructure

·         Architect, supervise and participate in the implementation of messaging and collaboration tools and technologies

·         Ensure high availability of enterprise messaging and collaboration platform that support internal employee business functions and external customer contact.

·         Troubleshoot and remediate 2nd level issues impacting the operation of the corporate email infrastructure.

·         Serve as one of the primary points of contact for principals and vendors and coordinate design, provisioning, installation and troubleshooting.

·         Assist with planning and implementing collaboration tools and integrations following M&A activity.

·         Document the design, operation and troubleshooting of technology platforms and procedures.
