Oracle Apps Techno Functional HRMS Job Code No: 12002PM Oracle Applications with HRMSTechno-functional exposure •Should have minimum 4 end to end implementation experience Oracle Core HRMS, Self Service, OLMS, iRecruitment, Payroll, SSHR, Advanced Benefits, Performance Management and Compensation Work Bench , iLearning, iRecruitment Compensation Workbench       •Oracle applications  11i & R12 EBS       •XML Publisher, • Experience on SQL*Plus, PL/SQL and Workflow, Reports, Forms, Discoverer (technical) • OAF and Oracle EBS R12 would be an added advantage • Consultant should have 5 to 10  years of experience. At least involved in 3  implementation  / migration  / Upgrade assignments as Technical Lead • Participated in atleast two complete projects as Technical Lead implementation having integration with Oracle APPS • Should be well versed with trouble shooting and issue resolution of application related issues • Should demonstrate  the ability to interact effectively with Business users and client management. • Experience managing business users requirements preferred • Willingness to travel in and out of India" Requirement 2. Oracle Apps Techno Functional Financial/SCM Job Code No : 12002NW Oracle Applications with Financials or SCM Techno-functional exposure • Should have minimum 4 end to end implementation experience AP/AR/GL/FA/ Cash Management/ Oracle Projects , Project Manufacturing, Project Costing and Project Billing application modules. OR • Should have minimum 4 end to end implementation experience of OM, INV, PO, iProcurement, BOM, ASCP, QP, MRP, WMS application modules. • Experience on Oracle EBS R12 would be an added advantage. • Should have experience in of min. of 5+ years of experience PL/SQL, ADF, Workflow, Discoverer or XML reports • Consultant should have 5 to 10  years of experience. At least involved in 3  implementation  / migration  / Upgrade assignments as Technical Lead • Participated in atleast two complete projects as Technical Lead implementation having integration with Oracle APPS • Involved in end to end project management life cycle as Technical Lead across SCM and Finace Modules • Should have experience in Business Requirement gathering , GAP Analysis , Application configuration, Prototype design and End user training. Exposure to Oracle AIM Document Methodology is a must. Requirement 3. Oracle Apps Finance Functional Job Code No : 12002F9 Should be Chartered Accountant or MBA in Finance with Industry experience and a min. of 5 years of experience in Oracle Application Financial modules as a Functional consultant • Should have minimum 4 end to end implementation experience of Oracle General Ledger, Account Payables, Account Receivables, Cash Management, Fixed Assets and Costing application modules. Implementation of Oracle Project Accounting modules is desirable. • Experience on Oracle EBS R12 implementation • Should have experience in Business Requirement gathering , GAP Analysis , Application configuration, Prototype design and End user training. Exposure to Oracle AIM Document Methodology is a must. • Should be well versed with trouble shooting and issue resolution of application related issues • Should demonstrate the ability to interact effectively with Business users and client management Requirement 4. Oracle Apps SCM Functional Job Code No : 12001J7 Should have experience in supply chain domain in SCM/Manufacturing/Trading industries with a min. of 7 years of experience in Oracle Application SCM modules as a Functional consultant. •Resource to have over 7 years experience in Oracle Apps SCM functional area •Support Production issues in Quote to Cash cycle, Data Management, OM, SCM (Inventory, Shipping Execution, Advanced Pricing) and Finance modules (AP & AR) for A-P, Europe and the US (limited), create and follow up Service Requests with Oracle when needed. •Draft functional requirements of change requests and perform the testing •Perform month end closing (INV and Finance) for A-P and Europe •Monitor AR interface for both A-P and Europe •Run the concurrent request - Ariba Invoice Tracking for Europe OR • Should have minimum 4 end to end implementation experience of OM, INV, PO, iProcurement, BOM, ASCP, QP, MRP, WMS application modules. • Experience on Oracle EBS R12 would be an added advantage • Should have experience in Business Requirement gathering, GAP Analysis, Application configuration, Prototype design and End user training.
