Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides help and advice to customers using the organization's products or services
- Communicates courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter and face-to-face
- Investigates and solves customers' problems, which may be complex or long-standing problems that have been passed on by customer service assistants
- Handles customer complaints or any major incidents, esp. while inside company premises
- Keeps accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers
- Performs on-going in-depth analysis of sales, sales agreement and promotion performance data
- Measures and reports sales & profit performance on a regular basis
- Performs other tasks as required by the Line Manager
