1) Job Designation: “Front Office Assistantâ€
Job Location: Chennai
Job Responsibility:-
1. Welcome guests and assist with luggage / baggage upon arrival at the hotel.
2. Assign rooms as per the guest requests and preferences
3. Checks in guest in an efficient and courteous manner, using guest names.
4. Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests, assists guests in all inquiries in relation to hotel services. Responds to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner.
5. Perform cashiering functions such as check out, currency exchange etc. in a courteous and efficient manner.
6. Perform bell desk operation s such as delivery and collection of guest baggage, facsimile, messages etc.
7. Attend room reservation calls and effective processing of the same.
8. Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
Qualification:- BSc Hotel Management / 3 years diploma in hotel Management/ Graduate
Experience : 0 months - 3 years
Salary:- negotiable.
4) Stores Assistant:
Eligibility :- Any Graduate
Experience :- 0-3 Yrs.
All responsibility related to Store incharge.
Candidates expected to be good looking, good at communication skills and should not be more than 25yrs old.
