·         Good communication skills to manage global customer

SNResponsibility of / Expectations from the Role
1Server Design and Architecture including for high availability, resilience, cluster, RAID, virtualization including LPAR,  security, compliance and backup/recovery
2L2  Server administration including performance tuning, vulnerability analysis and meeting security compliance requirements
3Identification of new and emerging technologies and products, services, methods and techniques and the assessment of their relevance and potential value to an organization.
4Responsible to define, analyze, plan, measure and improve of all aspects of the availability of IT services.
