06  CHEMICAL ENGINEERS Degree (Chemical Engg). Solve practical problems in manufacture & use of products. Consult with Chemists at many points during their work.  Do Experiments & Calculate Temperature & Pressure to be expected during an Industrial process.  Devise ways to make Products from Raw Materials & ways to convert one material into another useful form. Chemical Engineers can make processes more cost effective or more environmentally friendly or more efficient.

06  MECHANICAL ENGINEERS

Degree(Mechanical Engg).  Manage & Execute Mechanical Projects within specified time & utilizing available resources. Should have knowledge of Mechanical Design Calculations, Codes & Standards related to Piping, Static Equipment Design & ASME Boiler & Pressure Vessel & TEMA Codes. Experience in (i)preparing Technical Specifications & evaluating offers of Mechanical Static Equipment. (ii) SAP Project Systems & Materials Modules. (iii)Knowledge of installation of Vessels, Columns, Compressor Skids, Special Equipment Skids, Internals of Vessels / Columns, Lube Oil Skids, Valves, Filling Columns / Vessels with molecular sieves etc, Cold Boxes, Pump Skids, Heat Exchangers & Turbine Skids. Machine based Alignment & Coupling Alignment of Pumps, Compressors & Turbines. Testing & Commissioning.  Experience in Refinery / Petrochemical / Oil & Gas / Power Plant Construction Projects.

06  ELECTRICAL ENGINEERS 

Degree (Electrical Engg).  Providing Technical back up & support to Maintenance sections in Electrical Equipment & Power & Distribution Network Maintenance. Trouble shooting & providing advice & assistance to resolve Electrical problems, providing Engineering & Design input for Plant Modifications, Monitoring preventive maintenance programs & should be familiar with Engineering Codes, Electrical Specifications, International Codes & Standards.   Ability to read & interpret Engineering Electrical Drawings, Schematics & Manuals, fair report Writing skills, fair spoken & written English. Ensures that all maintenance work & activities affecting quality, safety, health & environment are carried out in accordance to the requirements of ISO Standards. 

04  LABORATORY TECHNICIANS

Degree in Chemistry.  Analysis of Petrochemical Raw materials, Products & By-Products To perform all testing activities of the Quality Lab related to  Finished product samples, In-process samples as per  established test methods & other samples, as assigned by the Quality Engineer. Perform  physical inspection of  finished product packages to make sure that correct material is delivered to  customer with proper packing. Calibrate Laboratory Test Instruments as per approved calibration method & calibration schedule, to make sure reliability of analytical results. Monitor stock levels of laboratory chemicals & consumables & inform regularly to  quality engineer. Report any abnormalities related to  samples & testing to production & to quality engineer. General housekeeping of laboratory & maintenance of quality records.  Good basic knowledge of Chemistry & thorough knowledge of analytical testing of industrial chemicals.

06  CHEMICAL TECHNOLOGISTS Diploma (Chemical Engg OR Mechanical Engg).  Design Equipments & develop Processes for manufacturing chemicals & related products utilizing principles & technology of chemistry, physics, mathematics, engineering & related physical & natural sciences. Conduct research to develop new & improved chemical manufacturing processes.  Ability to troubleshoot, research, develop, document, setup & maintain new processes in  laboratory. 

06  UTILITY OPERATORS

Diploma (Chemical Engineer OR Mechanical Engg).  Operate or control compressors, reactors & related chemical process equipment during rest periods, lunch hour, or emergency, performing duties of regular operators as directed by operators or supervisory personnel.  Perform tasks such as assisting operator in turning valves to control flow of materials, setting equipment controls at specified readings, gauging tank levels & recharging equipment with fresh catalytic agents.  Operating, Monitoring & Controlling Plant Facilities in his area of responsibility in accordance with supervisory instructions & in conformity to standard operating procedures.  Responsible for general care & Maintenance of equipment & must inform administration of any necessary major repairs.  Operator must keep work area clean & safe.

06  FIELD OPERATORS

High School / Secondary School. On-The-Job trained above 3 years experience in Industrial Plant.  Operate & adjust production facilities as directed by General Operator/Senior Operator within designated limits to ensure maximum recovery/Injection on assigned shift. Take instructions from Shift Supervisor & coordinate with Panel Operator, Plant start up & shut down activities, Start up of Compressor, Pumps, Heater etc. Maintain hygiene, quality & safety standards as out lined in Company procedures & directed by Regulatory Authority, Ensure standard operating procedures are being followed during the shift to carry out routine operations of all major equipments, Control the plant in emergency & assist shift supervisor, Attend to simple & minor jobs like: Plant up keep, Housekeeping, Attend minor leaks, gland leaks flange leak etc, Isolate relevant equipments for performing maintenance before handing over. Check & ensure the readiness of equipment before putting it back into service.
