Job Description
|
Responsible for planning, design, acquisition, implementation, and maintenance of the company's Telecom Expense Management strategy.
· Manage a team of Telecom Expense Admins. · Conducts project planning, cost analysis, and vendor comparisons. · Performs telecom expense analysis to support cost reduction initiatives. · Work with sites/BU to consolidate locally managed services into Corporate established plans. · Administration of Telecom Expense Management system & telecom expense reporting. · Administration of telecom cost allocations. · Bill reconciliation.

Candidate Profile
|
· Experience in Telecommunications/ Billing/ Provisioning is preferred. · Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical procedures or documents. · Ability to write reports and procedure manuals. · Ability to effectively present information and respond to information from groups. · Ability to interpret a variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with some abstract and concrete variables. · Troubleshooting and problem solving skills. · Requires knowledge of general voice/data communication systems.
