We have some urgent requirement for FOS / Field Executive / Collection Executive / Verification Executive .



Note :- This is not a Sales job.





Responsibilities:-



The incumbent will be responsible for delivering efficient and courteous service to the local customers of the client. He will be the interface of the Company vi-a-vis its customers.



Job Description:-



He primary responsibility will be to achieve optimum closures of leads and to ensure regular follow-ups where required. He will also be required to communicate any customer queries for resolution to the HS and to ensure that satisfactory feedback is communicated back to the customer within the promised timelines. He will be expected to stick to deadlines under all circumstances.

Essential Skills/ Experience & Qualification:

Should be a Graduate with 0-2 years experience in soft collections the financial services sector and must have a smart and pleasing personality.

Should have good communication and convincing skills and the ability to interface with customers.

Must possess good computer usage skills.



Work Location :- Chennai , Hyderabad ,Bangalore,Calicut, cochin, cochin ,Coimbatore, Salem ,Trichy , Madurai ,Thrissur ,and other part of South India .
