We are looking for candidates to fill the following positions of one of our clients in QATAR
OPERATION SECTION
(1) PIPE LINE ENGINEERS
Qualification Requirement: BS in Mechanical or Civil Engineering with post secondary training; Experience: Min 10 years in the operations of water transmission & distribution systems and 5 years relevant field of work; Scope of work : To plan and direct the efficient operation of the whole Qatar water transmission & distribution networks inclusive of manpower, commissioning of new transmissions mains and interconnection of any new primary mains to the existing distribution networks.
Driving License in Home Country : Required
(2) SUPERVISORS
Qualification Requirement: Technical Diploma or higher ; Experience: Min 10 years as Supervisor and 5 years relevant field of work ; Scope of work : To attend and supervise any pipeline field works / shutdowns
Driving License in Home Country : Required
(3) PUMP OPERATORS
Qualification Requirement: Technical Diploma or higher; Experience: Min 5 years as Pump Operator. Previous knowledge exp with SCADA operation is a must; Scope of work : To operate the reservoirs and pumping stations
(4) VALVE OPERATORS
Qualification Requirement: Should be at least technical course graduate. Basic knowledge about water network apparatuses etc. ; Experience: Min 5 years as Vale Operator in any similar industry ; Scope of work : To carry out valves operating in the transmission and distribution networks under supervision of Field Inspectors
Driving License in Home Country : Required
(5) VALVE HELPERS
Qualification Requirement: Should be at least secondary school graduate; Experience: Min 2 years in any similar utility; Scope of work : To assist Valve operators in valves operating.
MAINTENANCE & EMERGENCY SECTION - PIPE LINE
(1) SHIFT EMERGENCY SUPERVISORS
Qualification : 2 years high diploma in Civil Engineering / Mechanical; Experience: Min 8 years exp in maintenance & emergency ; Scope of work : To control the full cycle of water customer complaints process starting from receiving the complaints from the call center until work completion. Fully responsible of all emergency activities, personnel (Field inspectors & pipe fitter), vehicles, Customer tanker supply and crew performance during his shift. Follow-up damage claims in case of pipeline damage by contractors.

(2) FIELD INSPECTORS EMERGENCY
Qualification Requirement: 2 YEARS Diploma or its equivalent or higher, Experience: Min 5 years as maintenance field Inspector of water networks; Scope of works : To inspect all emergency works include investigation, follow up contractors and pipe fitters during daily maintenance works

(3) FIELD INSPECTORS MAINTENANCE
Qualification Requirement: 2 years diploma or its equivalent or higher ; Experience: In 5 years as maintenance field Inspector of water networks; Scope of work : To carry out all Emergency water networks maintenance works such as water leaks, repair. Meter replacement and all maintenance works for main pipelines (Distribution & Transmission) & service connections

(4) PIPE FITTERS
Qualification Requirement: Primary level education; Experience: Min 5 years exp in similar field, Scope of work : To carry out all emergency water networks maintenance works such as water leaks, repair, meter replacement and all maintenance works for main pipelines (distribution and transmission) & service connections.

(5) EXCAVATION COORDINATORS
Qualification Requirement: Higher secondary school or its equivalent, Experience: Min 3 exp in the dealing with all government dept; Scope of work : To process and follow up road opening applications to emergency and scheduled works
(6) TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE
Qualification Requirement: Higher Secondary School or higher; Experience: Min 5 years exp in similar field; Scope of work : To record all incoming & outgoing correspondence, photocopying, filling records, word processing and handling all paper works and other clerical duties and to assist emergency Shift Supervisor in received water complaints from call center during his shift and prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports on quantities of cases reported.

(7) EXCAVATION LABOURS
Qualification Requirement: Primary level education; Experience: Min 5 years in similar field; Scope of work : To assist pipe fitters carrying out the emergency maintenance and repair works. Works include all type of civil works, excavations using hand tools or small machinery and backfilling works for emergency repair work of service connections and Mains of the distribution network and assisting Pipe Fitters during maintenance activities of service connection and Main pipelines of water networks and loading and unloading the tools, equipments and repairing materials.
(8) TANKER ASSISTANCE (LABOURERS)
Qualification Requirement: Primary level education; Experience: Min 5 years exp in similar field ; Scope of work : To assist tanker drivers during filing tanker from tanker filling stations and supplying water to KHARAMAA"S customers.
MAINTENANCE & EMERGENCY SECTION - RESERVOIRS & PUMPING STATIONS
(1) ELECTRICAL TECHNICIANS
Qualification : Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Electrical two years trade certificate, Job Experience : Min 5 years exp for diploma holder and 8 years for trade certificate holder in similar water company / industries, Scope of works: To assist Foreman to carry out the day to day works in Pumping Station and Well field Station.

(2) MECHANICAL TECHNICIANS
Qualification : Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical two years trade certificate; Job Experience : Min 5 years exp for diploma holder and 8 years for trade certificate holder in similar water company / industries ; Scope of works: To assist Foreman to carry out the day to day works in Pumping Station and Well Field Station;

(3) INSTRUMENT TECHNICIANS
Qualification : Diploma in Instrumentation control engineering or Electronic instrumentation engineering or Instrumentation two years trade certificate ; Job Experience: Min 5 years exp for diploma holder & 8 years for trade certificate holder in similar water company / industries ; Scope of works: To assist Instrument Foreman to carry out the day to day works in Pumping Station and Well Field Station.

(4) MECHANCAL FORMAN:
Qualification : 3 YEAR DIPLOMA IN Mechanical Engineering with eight years exp in similar water company / industries ; Job Experience: Min 8 years exp for diploma holder & 12 years for trade certificate holder in similar water company / industries ; Scope of works: To assist Mechanical Technicians to carry out their works in proper manner during the maintenance work of Pumping stations.

(5) TECHNICAL ASSISTANCES
Qualification : Secondary School or higher; Job Experience: 5 years of extensive exp in all facets of project document controlling and global document management in water industries etc. Scope of works: To carry out daily clerical works
(6) MECHANICAL SKILLED HELPERS
Qualification : Secondary certificate & technical certificate course with one or two years exp. ; Job Experience: Min 1 year exp in similar field ; Scope of works: To assist Mechanical Technicians to carry out their works in proper manner during the maintenance work of pumping stations
WATER GEOGRAPHIC INFORMATION SECTION
(1) GIS SURVEYORS
Qualification : Secondary certificate + Technical certificate course with 5 years exp ; Job Experience: Min 5 years exp in similar field; Scope of works: To carry out the day to day works at Water projects sites.

(2) SURVEYOR ASSISTANTS
Qualification : Primary level education ; Job Experience: Min 3 years exp in similar field ; Scope of works: Assist GIS Surveyor to carry out the day to day survey works at water projects sites.
(3) GIS TECHNICIANS
Qualification :Min Bachelor degree or diploma in CAD/CAM or GIS. Training in cartography, ESRI ArcGIS, databases; Job Experience: Min 3 year exp in similar field ; Scope of works: To carry out the day to day GIS data, processing, QA/QC and As-built verification works in various offices
WATER LOSS AND LEAK DETECTION
(1) WB& L SUPERVISORS
Qualification : Technical diploma in an Engineering discipline with ten years exp; Job Experience: Min 10 years exp in an engineering environment ; Scope of works: To assist the engineer in carrying out water balance and leak detection in district metered areas
Driving License in Home Country : Required
(2) WB&L INSPECTORS
Qualification :Technical diploma in an Engineering discipline with 5 years exp ; Job Experience: Min 5 years exp in an engineering environment ; Scope of works: To carry out water balance and leak detection in district metered areas

(3) WB& L TECHNICIANS
Qualification : Secondary School or higher certificate with 5 years work exp ; Job Experience: Min 5 years exp in an engineering environment; Scope of works: To assist the Inspectors in carrying out water balance and leak detection in district metered areas.
