·         This is open to regular full-time and reduced work schedule Dow employees and wholly owned subsidiaries unless specific agreements prohibit.
·         Employees should remain on a job for at least two years before applying for a different job (may be waived at discretion of supervisor).
·         An employee should first review and update their Employee Development Plan (EDP) and discuss the following with their manager:
o    Their desire to be considered, and how this fits into their Employee Development Plan;
o    Their possible availability dates;
o    What they hope to gain by moving to a new position

How to Apply for India Positions:
 
Step 1: Click on the link http://jas.intranet.dow.com/en/default.htm
 
Step 2: Click on the "Start JAS" (You will reach on your personalised JAS log-in)
 
Step 3: You can enter the job number mentioned above and click "SEARCH FOR JOBS"
 
Step 4: As your relevant job appears, you can apply for the same.
 
How to Apply for Regional / Global Positions:
 
Step 1: Click on the link http://jas.intranet.dow.com/en/default.htm
 
Step 2: Click on the "Start JAS" (You will reach on your personalised JAS log-in)
 
Step 3: Click on "Location field" and select Region from dropdown list.
 

 
Step 4: Click on "Search for Jobs". All the relevant job will appear for you to apply for the same.
 
Employee Referral Program:
