Business Operation Analyst

A. SCOPE:
The Business Operation Analyst will be responsible for supporting the month end closing process by working closely with other departments, performing various corporate reporting requirements to support business model such as Contract review, cost and price increase impact. It requires an individual with a high level of motivation and the ability to perform analysis under tight deadlines. Responsibilities include providing monthly reports in support of business decisions .Additional responsibilities include monitoring system transactions and supporting during business planning and forecast updates. The ideal candidate will also drive continuous improvements in processes, ensure compliance and assist in ad-hoc analysis as and when required.
B. RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Downloading Sales report As per MTD Process and reconcile data with finance.
· Responsible for Data Visibility Process, coordinate with input departments.
· Financial Planning, Modeling and Feasibility Analysis.
· Systemizes Nalco Business standard reports, defend new process.
· Responsible for Profitability analyses in contract review, coordinate the process with input department.
· Generate price increase performance
· Cost Analysis
· Generate different Financial reports as per approved process (Sales, P&L, Opex, GM, etc
C. Qualification & Competencies:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, .- At least 2-3 years of experience applying financial analysis At least 1 years of experience analyzing complex global data and business issues using tools to include MS Excel & Access.- Prior experience using an ERP system..- Strong communication and persuasion skills to communicate complex financial and business performance information with a variety of audiences.- Manufactured industry experience- Excellent knowledge of business profitability drivers to ensure accurate analysis on new and existing programs.- Ability and willingness to work on a team.- Excellent organizational skills.- Ability to work independently.
