Manager – Instrumentation CTC would be : 7 to 9 LPA. • Exp. : 8 to to 12yrs.( Experience of API / Pharmaceutical industry preferred.) Qualification : B.E / B.Tech – Instrumentation / I&C/ Electronics with 8 - 10 years of experience. Position Dy. Manager - Instrumentation (Chemicals) Grade - 10 Business Unit / Function Department –Instrumentation Location Gajraula, Reports to HOD – Instrumentation Summary of Job (Purpose/ objective of the job Department organogram to be enclosed) • Execution of Instrumentation maintenance as well projects as per planning and in alignment with standards of TPM, Six Sigma and maintaining IMS records. Key Responsibilities (Performance Indicators) • Responsible for creating key performance indicators for his team, in line with the company goals and achieving them with initiative and motivation. • Mapping of critical Instrumentation v/s spares. • Compliance to preventive maintenance & calibration. • Responsible for review of existing IMS for increased effectively. • Preparation of SOP for quick revival & trouble shooting of DCS/PLC/SCADA system. • Standardization of Identified field instruments. • Responsible for raising purchase indent for various spares parts required by their department for maintenance work. • To maintain all records related to instrumentation. No. of Reportees 4 – 6. Qualification & Experience • B.E / B.Tech – Instrumentation / I&C/ Electronics with 8 - 10 years of experience. Key Competencies ( Technical, Functional & Behavioral) Technical: • Knowledge of calibration & maintenance practices for DCS/PLC/SCADA & SIS., SMART, FF & pneumatic field instruments. • Hands on experience with Emerson Delta V and/or Yokogawa CS 3000 and/or ABB Freelance DCS, preferably with Field bus instrumentation. • Knowledge of Instrumentation engineering functions related to plant process and operations. • Knowledge of ERP (SAP/ Maximo etc.). • Experience of API / Pharmaceutical industry preferred. Soft Skills: • Team player. • Leading by demonstration.
