JOB TITLE	MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (QUALIFICATIONS)
ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR	9 years of electrical repair and maintenance experience which includes 3 year of supervisor experience; skills and abilities have been achieved. Good knowledge in Electrical equipment design, installation and maintenance.
	Strong Experience in troubleshooting of complex electrical network.
	Experience leading electrical maintenance team in refinery.
	Experience in operations of electrical network.
	Good knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance principles and working procedures.
	Strong knowledge of standards, procedures and regulation to develop activities taking care of Health, Safety and Environmental preservation
	Strong knowledge of maintaining and repairing Electrical systems.
ROTATING EQUIPMENT SUPERVISOR	Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or related subject. A minimum of 10 years experience in Oil & Gas construction, of which at least 7 years as mechanical construction supervisor. Previous experience in Gas Plant Construction is a plus. Strong knowledge in maintaining and repairing rotating mechanical equipment, rotating equipment design, installation and maintenance, preventive and predictive maintenance principles and working procedures.
ROTATING EQUIPMENT TECHNICIAN	At least vocational course or short courses related in the same field. With 3-8 years working experience as rotating equipment technician. Good knowledge of rotating equipment engineering and maintenance, such as compressors, gas / steam turbines, centrifugal pumps, FD/ID fans, and blowers.
	Flexible and a team-player.
	Ability to perform work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
	Ability to continuously drive for process improvement.
START UP INSTRUMENT ENGINEER	Bachelor of Science degree in an engineering or scientific discipline, and minimum of seven (7)  years of experience with advance knowledge in instrumentation engineering, obtainable usually through a combination of experience and continuing education; Strong knowledge of Instrument Equipment functions from maintenance and reliability point of view, Control Loop Tuning and Advanced Control schemes.
	Strong interpersonal communication skills.
	Ability to continuously drive for process improvement.
	Capable of handling multiple tasks.
	Strong analytical ability.
	Capable of giving strong attention to details.
START UP CONTRACTS EXPERT	Bachelor degree and should have experience in the field. They should have strong communication skills. Strong knowledge of Refinery maintenance and.
	Strong knowledge of Maintenance Management principles and theories.
	Strong knowledge of Quality Control and Quality Assurance procedures, budgeting and cost controlling skills, teambuilding skills, time management skills, interpersonal communications skills.
	Strong problem solving skills.
	Conversant with SAP, Microsoft Project, Primavera and Microsoft Office applications.
START UP CONTRACTS ENGINEER	7 years experience in a same field. Strong knowledge of Refinery maintenance and equipment repairs, Maintenance Management principles and theories, Quality Control and Quality Assurance procedures.
	Strong teambuilding skills, time management skills, interpersonal communications skills, problem solving skills.
	Conversant with SAP, Microsoft Project, Primavera and Microsoft Office applications.
START UP COST ENGINEER	Bachelor of Science degree in an engineering or scientific discipline. 7 years experience in a same field. Good knowledge of Refinery maintenance and equipment repairs.
	Strong knowledge of Quality Control and Quality Assurance procedures, contracts administration.
	Good contract negotiation and preparation skills.
	Strong interpersonal communications skills, problem solving skills.
	Conversant with SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
	Ability to work in a dynamic environment, under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
SR PROCESS ENGINEER	Bachelor of Science degree in an engineering or scientific discipline. 7 years experience in a same field. Strong technical knowledge of Refining production operations and processes and design, refining schemes, feasibility analysis, project scoping and project work estimation, process troubleshooting and de-bottlenecking.
	Conversant with SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
	Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
	Strong interpersonal communication skills.
PROCESS CONTROL ENGINEER	Bachelor of Science degree in an engineering or scientific discipline. 7 years experience in a same field. Strong knowledge of Process Control: DCS, ESD, PLC, SCADA, Control Loop Timing Design and APC.
	Strong knowledge in troubleshooting methodology.
	Good knowledge of Process Engineering.
	Ability to continuously drive for process improvement.
	Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner.
	Ability to plan, organizes, and prioritizes work effectively.
	Ability to manage multiple tasks.
	Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
	Strong interpersonal communication skills.

SR MECHANICAL INSPECTORS	Bachelor of Science degree in an engineering or scientific discipline. 7 years experience in a same field. The incumbent: Holds an API 510, API570, AWS, and Coating, NDT or any other certificates related to Inspection.
	Has strong knowledge of international codes/standards applicable to inspection (ASTM, API, ASME, TEMA, NACE, ANSI , etc,).
	Has thorough knowledge of various forms of corrosion and their identification along with monitoring and mitigation methods.
	Have excellent English communication skills (verbal and written.
ISBL SHIFT SUPERVISOR	Bachelor of Science degree in an engineering or scientific discipline. 7 years experience in a same field. Good knowledge of oil and products movement management (Tank Farm Operation) and panel control.
	Good knowledge of ship loading/unloading and harbor activities; good supervisory skills.
	Ability to instruct and train other effectively.
	Good knowledge of the harbor activities.
	Strong analytical ability.
	Good knowledge of process units in a Refinery setting.
	Ability to continuously drive for process improvement.
ISBL Lead Operator	Bachelor of Science degree in an engineering or scientific discipline. 7 years experience in a same field. Knowledge of Refinery operations.
	Knowledge of equipment such as distillations, hydro-treaters, and generators.
	Ability to plan, organize and prioritize work effectively.
	Good fire fighting and emergency skills.
	Good analytical ability.
OSBL Leader Operator	Bachelor of Science degree in an engineering or scientific discipline. 7 years experience in a same field. Good Management skills.
	Good knowledge of Refinery operations.
	Good knowledge of appropriate equipment applicable to Offsite.
	Ability to control equipment operation and systems.
	Ability to plan, organize and prioritize work effectively.
	Good fire fighting and emergency skills.
OSBL Operation Engineer	Bachelor of Science degree in an engineering or scientific discipline. 7 years experience in a same field. Strong knowledge of Offsite operations and shipping activities.
	Good knowledge of process units in a Refinery setting.

	Good knowledge of administrative and supervisory skills.

CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR	Bachelor of Science degree in an engineering or scientific discipline. 10 years experience in a same field and at least 5 years in Supervisory position. Strong knowledge of Engineering and Construction industry codes, standards and guidelines.
	Strong knowledge of structural design, site and design basis development.
	Strong Knowledge of design and construction processes.
	Good knowledge of Refinery production operation and processes.
	Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
HSE SUPERVISOR	Has 10 extensive years experience in Oil and Gas industry and SH experience on large project. Capable of checking SH plan implementation for large scale construction sites of oil industry. Has experience in working within gulf area (KSA is even better). Capable of checking implementation of the construction risk assessment study (method statements, Job Risk assessment, etc..) and of detecting non compliances.
ENVIRONMENT ADVISOR	Minimum 10 years Experience and at least  7 in Oil and Gas industry and Environment experience on large project. Capable of checking Environment plan for construction of grass root refinery/petrochemical projects. Has experience in coordinating with IK SHE organizations. Capable of checking the construction environmental assessment study (evaluation of method statements, etc..) and of detecting non compliances
ASST SHIFT SUPERVISOR	Bachelor of Science degree in an engineering or scientific discipline. 7 years experience in a same field. Good knowledge of process units in a refinery setting.
	Ability to continuously drive for process improvement, instruct and train subordinates effectively, communicate in a clear and concise manner.
	Strong management and leadership skills.
	Willing to work irregular hours.
OPERATIONS ENGINEERS	Bachelor of Science degree in an engineering or scientific discipline. 7 years experience in a same field. Good knowledge of petroleum operations and process units in a Refinery setting.
	Good knowledge of production systems operations and maintenance.
	Ability to continuously drive for process improvement.
	Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner.
	Strong management and leadership skills.
	Willing to work irregular hours.
	Bachelor of Science degree in an engineering or scientific discipline. 7 years experience in a same field. Ability to inspect the product to ensure that the controls are set to optimize production.

BOARDMAN	Possess the flexibility to operate other plants of similar complexity after a reasonable break-in period.

OPERATIONS ENGR	8 years of experience in Refinery Operations, of which at least 5 years as a Shift Supervisor.
	Assist the Superintendent Operations with the regulation of operational activities in accordance with Safety, Occupational Health, Environmental Conservation and Security regulations and procedures.
	Execute operational activities, optimize daily operations of the units, maintain and improve the operational tools
	Good knowledge of production systems operations and maintenance.
	Ability to continuously drive for process improvement.
	Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner. Strong management and leadership skills.
	Willing to work irregular hours.
AREA SUPERINTENDENT	Fifteen (15) years of experience in related Refinery Operations and Maintenance, of which with at least Five (5) years in a similar position. Five (5) years as a Shift Supervisor is preferred.
	Strong knowledge of Refinery Operations.
	Strong knowledge of Petroleum production systems and equipment.
	Strong knowledge of maintenance methods and equipment across the disciplines.
	Strong knowledge of developing and implementing preventive maintenance and reliability programs.
	Strong knowledge of related health, safety and environmental regulations.
SAFETY ENGR	Minimum 10 years Experience and with Oil and Gas exposures. Approval from HCIS.
	Good Physical Health
	Strong command of oral and written English.
	Good knowledge of process safety management.
	Good knowledge of Safety management system development and implementation.
	Good knowledge of Hazard identification and quantitative and qualitative risk analysis and analytical skills.
	Good knowledge of Safety behavior improvement.
