• Develop and design the presentation layer of the website within an XML/XSLT/JSP templating system, ensuring pages are programmed error-free, cross-browser, cross-platform, and optimized for download performance

• Prioritize workload to meet deadlines for assignments in the code release schedule
• Stay current with the newest online technologies; research new technologies and make recommendations on implementations
