1. EMI/EMC Manager

a. Handling the EMC lab (Anechoic chamber, immunity test facility) for day to day operations

b. Has very good understanding on EMI/EMC aspects of commercial, military standards for product compliance

c. Understands various domains such as Telecom, Medical, Automotive, Avionics, Embedded, Information Technology, etc

d. Has Regulatory and certification experience for various countries and worldwide certification

e. Troubleshooting setups in case of issues

f. Hands on in carrying out tests

g. Assist / train junior engineers for carrying out tests

h. Create / review test plans and test reports

i. Review customer RFQs and provide quotes

j. Customer meetings / discussions for business development

2. Test Engineer – RE and RI

a. Carry out tests such as Radiated Emissions, Radiated Immunity

b. Has good understanding on EMI/EMC aspects of commercial, military standards for product compliance

c. Carry out tests such as Telecom tests, Electro Static Discharge, Surge, Power, Harmonics and Flicker, Voltage dips, Power Frequency Magnetics, etc

d. Create and review test plans and test reports

e. Trouble shoot test setup issues in the test facility

f. Work on quotes

g. Carry out calibration activity for various instruments

3. Test Engineer - All other EMI/EMC -

a. Carry out tests such as Telecom tests, Electro Static Discharge, Surge, Power, Harmonics and Flicker, Voltage dips, Power Frequency Magnetics, etc

b. Has good understanding on EMI/EMC aspects of commercial, military standards for product compliance

c. Carry out tests such as Radiated Emissions, Radiated Immunity

d. Create and review test plans and test reports

e. Trouble shoot test setup issues in the test facility

f. Work on quotes

g. Carry out calibration activity for various instruments

4. Documentation Engineer

a. Understands various tests in the EMI/EMC lab

b. Has good understanding on EMI/EMC aspects of commercial, military standards for product compliance

c. Prepares test plans

d. Prepares test reports

e. Prepares quotes based on RFQ from customer

5. Calibration and Documentation -

a. Carry out calibration activity for various instruments in the lab

b. Has good understanding on EMI/EMC aspects of commercial, military standards for product compliance

c. Understands various tests in the EMI/EMC lab

d. Prepares test plans

e. Prepares test reports

f. Prepares quotes based on RFQ from customer

6. Test Engineer - Thermal chambers and HALT -

a. Carry out tests in environmental test facilities (Thermal, HALT)

b. Carry out tests in environmental test facilities (Acoustic chamber, Shock, Vibration, Altitude, Salt spray)

c. Has very good understanding on Environmental aspects of commercial, military standards for product compliance

d. Create and review test plans and test reports

e. Trouble shoot test setup issues in the test facility

f. Work on quotes

g. Carry out calibration activity for various instruments

7. Test Engineer - All Environmental except Chambers -

a. Carry out tests in environmental test facilities (Acoustic chamber, Shock, Vibration, Altitude, Salt spray)

b. Has very good understanding on Environmental aspects of commercial, military standards for product compliance

c. Create and review test plans and test reports

d. Trouble shoot test setup issues in the test facility

e. Work on quotes

f. Carry out calibration activity for various instruments

8. Test Engineer – Safety -

a. Carry out product level safety tests

b. Has good understanding on safety aspects of commercial, military standards for product compliance

c. Create and review test plans and test reports

d. Trouble shoot test setup issues in the test facility

e. Work on quotes

f. Carry out calibration activity for various instruments

9. EMI/EMC consultants -

a. Has very good understanding on EMI/EMC aspects of commercial, military standards for product compliance

b. Understands various domains such as Telecom, Medical, Automotive, Avionics, Embedded, Information Technology, etc

c. Has good understanding on product design, cost effective EMI/EMC containment solutions

d. Reviews design in any phase of the product design and provides inputs towards first time right compliance design

e. Troubleshoots EMI/EMC failures in any phase of the product design

f. Has Regulatory and certification experience for various countries and worldwide certification

g. Customer meetings / discussions for business development

10. Reliability consultants -

a. Has very good understanding on Reliability aspects of commercial, military standards for product compliance

b. Understands various domains such as Telecom, Medical, Automotive, Avionics, Embedded, Information Technology, etc

c. Has good understanding on product design, cost effective and high reliability design

d. Reviews design in any phase of the product design and provides inputs towards first time right reliability design

e. Designs reliability tests based on customer requirements and demonstrates the same

f. Customer meetings / discussions for business development

11. Environmental consultants -

a. Has very good understanding on Environmental and thermal aspects of commercial, military standards for product compliance

b. Understands various domains such as Telecom, Medical, Automotive, Avionics, Embedded, Information Technology, etc

c. Has good understanding on product design

d. Reviews design in any phase of the product design and provides inputs towards first time right environmental and thermal design

e. Understands requirements at any phase of the project and assists design team to achieve the right design

f. Customer meetings / discussions for business development

12. Safety consultants -

a. Has very good understanding on Safety aspects of commercial, military standards for product compliance

b. Understands various domains such as Telecom, Medical, Automotive, Avionics, Embedded, Information Technology, etc

c. Has good understanding on product design, cost effective Safety design

d. Reviews design in any phase of the product design and provides inputs towards first time right Safety design

e. Customer meetings / discussions for business development
