* Mortgage Services (underwriting, due diligence, valuation, field
services, real estate asset management and sales and business process
outsourcing)
* Financial Services (receivables and customer relationship management -

* Responsible for standards and design of physical data storage,
maintenance, access and security administration.
* The production DBA will perform backup and recovery on production
DBMS's, configures database parameters, and define data repository
requirements, data dictionaries and warehousing requirements.
* This position optimizes database access and allocates/re-allocates
database resources for optimum configuration, database performance.
* Primary responsibilities are to manage production database
environments to ensure high system availability in a 24x7x365 setting.
* Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to: Database
Administration Performance tuning and monitoring including statistical
analysis, SQL optimization, resource utilization management and
error/event log monitoring.
* Data security administration in accordance with Ocwen's policy and
procedures.
* Capacity planning including disk utilization, growth forecasting and
database expansion.
* Backup and recovery including disaster recovery planning/testing,
database and transaction level backups and restores, ensuring backup
schedules meet recovery requirements.


* Diploma/Degree in Computer Science or related field.
* Prior work- exp of 3 years is a must
