Keep accurate records, review information, consolidate reports & take action where necessary.
Communicate with Line Manager any variances, or improvements to be made to current department practices.
Develop relationships both internal & external to achieve objectives within timescales.
Communicate relevant information to internal/external parties whilst presenting the Company in a professional manner.

Department Secretary

Responsibility:

justify;"Provides full secretarial support to the Commercial Director and the Team.

justify;"Communicates with internal and external customers.

justify;"Office organisation - coordinates diaries, schedules, meetings, travel itineraries, flight arrangements etc.

Skills
Skills & Experience:
Computer skills with advanced skills of MS Office applications.
Organised, energetic & confident.
Possesses initiative, good interpersonal skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Flexible and able to work under pressure.
Good Communication skills
