     - Officers and Executives for Quality Assurance, Quality control and Production

 

    - Officers and executives for R&D

 

    - Head (Mgr/Sen Mgr) for leading the R&D department (development, process improvement, failure evaluation, tech transfer is all part of R&D here).

 

Salary will not be a problem if they are really good.
