Inbound â€" Tech support + Up sales. Excellent communication skills with basic knowledge of Computers.

Rotational Night Shifts â€" Free door-to-door pickup / drop.

Graduate : Fresher / Experienced
XII + 1 Yr Diploma : Fresher / Experienced
X + 3 Yrs Diploma : Fresher / Experienced
XII Pass : Min. 6 months of international BPO experience
X Pass : Min. 1 year of international BPO experience

Graduates with arrears can also apply.

Salary : Rs. 14000 to Rs.21000 per month

Selection Process:
1. JAM Session : Candidates are given a topic to speak on & evaluated on their voice, fluency, pronunciation & grammar
2. Personal Interview â€" HR
3. IVR Test â€" (Voice and Accent): Telephonic test conducted by Trainers to further check on the candidate’s communication skills
